Lily Nieves, owner of Zion Salon, transitioned from a successful career at Verizon Wireless to pursue her passion for hairstyling. Since 2008, she has dedicated herself to mastering the craft, becoming a certified Redken Colorist and gaining expertise in razor cutting and extensions. In 2013, Lily became an educator, training a number of hairstylists. 

In 2018, she became Deva Curl certified, earning the title of SWFL Curly Guru with her expertise in textured hair.

Lily and her husband Edgar opened Zion Salon in 2020, aiming to provide exceptional experiences for guests and foster stylist growth, treating both staff and clients like family. Outside of her professional life, Lily enjoys spending time with her growing family.

Edgar, the heart of Zion, transitioned from owning a cell phone store to dedicating himself entirely to the company. With a background in sales and managerial roles, he handles diverse responsibilities crucial to Zion's success. Beyond his professional duties, Edgar is praised for being a supportive husband, father, grandad, and mentor, uplifting the entire team. His behind-the-scenes efforts are indispensable, making him essential to the functionality and positive atmosphere at Zion. 

Yasmine, the indispensable salon manager at Zion, plays a vital role in ensuring collective success through exceptional customer service and harmonious operations. She knows each guest by name, creating a welcoming environment reminiscent of "Cheers." Yasmine, a devoted mother, wife, and daughter of salon owners Edgar and Lily, takes immense pride in her work, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations and support the team. In her leisure, she finds joy with her energetic trio of sons and her loving husband, holding these family moments close to her heart.

Introducing Diego, an accomplished artist and our proficient social media strategist at Zion. Specializing in  abstract & glow in the dark artwork, Diego possesses a keen affinity for creating intricate pieces that inspire and captures the eye. Furthermore, he showcases his artistic flair in the realm of fashion, skillfully hand painting clothing with creative finesse.

Diego assumes a pivotal role in curating and managing Zion's comprehensive social media presence, overseeing diverse aspects ranging from dynamic reels to meticulously crafted Facebook posts and promotional content. His multifaceted contributions extend to recording sessions in the salon and efficiently managing phones and front desk operations.

Diego's unwavering enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor contribute significantly to the distinctive guest experience at Zion. His aspiration lies in becoming an esteemed artist, concurrently developing his entrepreneurial venture on Etsy. We take pride in having Diego as an integral part of the Zion team, valuing his dedication and artistic prowess. During his leisure, Diego finds solace in the company of his houseplants and partner,  and his feline companion Oreo.

Meet Caitlin Staszkiewicz, a skilled nail technician at Zion Salon with 3.5 years of professional experience. Caitlin, who initially taught herself in high school, specializes in natural nails, gel extensions, hand-drawn art, and medical pedicures. She takes pride in not just caring for people's nails but also in providing an experience that keeps clients coming back.

Originally from the granite state and having lived there for 19 years, Caitlin has a wealth of experience. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new things with her boyfriend.
